About Your New Role
Assist in managing interior fit-out projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence. Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and obtaining permits.
* Support budget management and cost tracking.
* Conduct site inspections, ensuring quality and safety.
* Maintain client communication and manage expectations.
* Help identify and mitigate project risks.
* Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in project management or fit-out projects.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, etc.).
