They are looking for an exceptional Mid-Market Account Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships from prospecting, qualification, close, to post-sales growth. Typical sales cycles may involve POCs, multiple stakeholders, strategic pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs. This is a Remote Role and can be based in Western Europe.
As the sales team is in its early stages, this is an opportunity for a candidate who wants to get in on the ground-floor of a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
2. Meet and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets
3. Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
4. Understand the product inside out, be technically sound
5. Understand customer needs and requirements
6. Be a company builder
7. Share best practices back into the organization
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
1. 3-5 years experience in a full cycle, closing role
2. Experience handling and owning relationships with mid-market companies
3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
Skills:
1. An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
2. A desire to build something new that can change the world, versus fitting neatly into a large company with an established static playbook
