Role Title: ESG Reporting Manager

A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for ESG Reporting Analyst.

Role Purpose:
* Collect, analyse and interpret ESG data, metrics and KPI’s to generate comprehensive reports, presentations and disclosures for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Support management in the design, development and implementation of ESG Reporting within Vhi.
* Track reporting progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Work closely with Group Analytics and Insight Teams to ensure robust sustainability data management and insights are available to inform decision making.
* Stay informed on evolving ESG reporting standards and regulatory changes, acting as a subject-matter expert.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, Risk, and Technical, to deliver on key ESG projects.
* Support audits and identify opportunities to innovate and improve ESG processes.
Education & Experience:
* A degree in Accountancy, Science, Economics or a related field.
* 1-3 years’ experience in sustainability/ESG reporting, financial reporting, audit, or regulatory compliance.
* Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, particularly CSRD and EU Taxonomy, is preferred.
* Experience in ESG data management, analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to interpret and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and both internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
