Senior Corporate Finance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a senior corporate finance manager with specialist private equity experience to lead private equity financing activities, build relationships with private equity firms, and oversee due diligence processes for our expanding client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead private equity financing activities, including deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
* Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
* Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for private equity transactions.
* Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
* Monitor financial metrics and develop actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or a similar field.
* Demonstrated expertise in private equity financing, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and analytics.
* Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
