Graduate Management Programme
The Windward Graduate Management Programme is an 18-month rotational programme that equips graduates with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become future leaders in the hospitality industry.
Key Features:
* 6 rotations across different departments including Front Office, Reservations & Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and more
* Comprehensive training and hands-on experience
* Enrollment on numerous additional qualifications such as Management Training Level 5 and Train the Trainer
* Mentorship from experienced General Managers and HR professionals
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or related field of study
* Willingness to relocate to locations across Ireland (accommodation provided on a temporary basis)
* Possession of a passion for hotels and the hospitality industry
