Business Development Executive - Pharmaceutical Contract Sales

Eurofins is currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Review current market trends and propose new business ideas to improve revenues of the assigned market.
2. Support the Sales Manager and the Sales & Marketing Director in the definition of budget and investment decisions.
3. Identify and research new potential clients.
4. Analyze the client needs and define the potential profits for Eurofins Biopharma Testing. Continually develop knowledge of the outsourcing strategy of the assigned clients and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to maximize opportunities.
5. Manage contractual processes including Confidentiality agreements, Master Services agreements, pricing agreements. Resolve commercial issues and negotiations with the support of the Sales Manager.
6. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
7. Collect useful information from customers and competitors.
8. Promote Eurofins' image through different activities such as attending conventions, advertising, information campaigns, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree level or equivalent in relevant subject or demonstrable relevant business experience.
* Degree Level or equivalent in scientific subjects.
* Networking skills – must be able to network internally across all functions and externally with client’s organization.
* Good communication skills both internally and externally. Ability to understand clients’ requirements and devise appropriate solutions.
* Previous experience of at least two years in a similar role.
* Ideally seeking experience in pharmaceutical contract sales, consideration also given to experience in product sales.
