Roles & Responsibilities: Processing Sales invoices Inputting bank receipts and bank reconciliations Processing Customer statements and maintain credit control Processing weekly and monthly payroll Processing employment permit applications Maintaining and monitoring stock control of finished product Monitoring stock system of raw material and producing reports Filing VAT/VIES/Intrastat returns Liaising with office manager to close month end accounts Administration: General Administration duties Answer company telephone Responding to emails Dealing with visitors in polite and friendly manner Requirements: 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position Proficient in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook Skills: Accounts Administration Office Admin
