Group Retail HR Manager Opportunity in Dublin
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Retail HR Manager to lead our client's HR operations in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, ensure excellence in people management, and contribute to the success of a well-established retail organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and HR teams across the group
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures
* Manage employee relations, offering expert advice to resolve conflicts and foster a positive working environment
* Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression
* Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
* Support organisational change and manage communication during transitions or new initiatives
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the retail sector
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
* Proven ability to manage multiple locations and a large, diverse workforce
* A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
* Experience with HR systems and proficiency in analysing data to inform decisions
