Responsibilities
* Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest standards.
* Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication between all stakeholders.
* Budget and Resource Management: Control project costs, allocate resources effectively, and ensure budgets are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
* Compliance: Ensure projects meet sustainability standards, including energy audits, lifecycle assessments, and renewable energy requirements.
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, particularly in renewable energy retrofits and solar PV projects.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, sustainability standards, and regulatory frameworks for energy performance.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, sustainability, or a related field.
* Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
* Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote work.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: At least 10 years in the construction industry, with 2+ years in retrofit projects and knowledge of SEAI guidance.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with Building Regulations and SR54 Code of Practice for Retrofitting works.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Qualifications: Health and Safety certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
* Attributes: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Other: A full driving license is required.
