At Alltrans, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to help deliver our people strategy, support our growing team, and drive HR best practices. About the Role
As a HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all people-related matters across our sites, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current legislation.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin 11, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the wider European HR team.
* Recruit new colleagues to work within our operation.
* Work directly with managers to address HR issues professionally and effectively.
* Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring they are handled thoroughly, pragmatically and in line with best practices.
* Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up to date, fit for purpose and compliant with current legislation.
* Play an active role in the delivery of people-related projects, contributing to continuous improvement within the HR Function.
* Collaborate with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
* Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement through tools such as the Q12 Gallup Survey.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in an HR generalist role with a solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and support managers and employees alike.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
* In-depth knowledge of current HR legislation and the ability to apply it effectively within the workplace.
