Job Title: Mid to Senior Product Owner

Position Summary:
We are looking for a strong individual having experience in managing and leading the software development, release, and support from a product perspective dealing with a technical development team and end users in an agile environment. This position reports to the Software Services Group (SSG) Product Owner Manager and requires expertise in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, and self-driven and flexible individuals who can adapt to change.

• Discuss areas for personal and professional development with managers and identify training that could facilitate this. Strive to join relevant technical/professional organizations.
Continuous Improvements:
• Actively participate in Project Lessons learnt. Assist other team members with the development of CI plans, reports, and KPIs for your discipline.
Branding:
• Ensure awareness and compliance with all relevant Arcadis Branding requirements.
HR:
• Compliance with all relevant HR procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Education:
• Primary degree in IT or related discipline. Product Owner certification would be an advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on technological experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. Experience working with a Scrum or Agile development team is essential. Comfortable using Jira/DevOps for user story management.
• Experience working through the full dev life cycle of an application, from concept to delivery. Knowledge of web application development and database development is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with data visualization tools/applications like PowerBI, Tableau, Aha, Confluence, etc., would be an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 Hours
