L&D Training Coordinator
Location: Dublin 2 | 2 days onsite/week
An esteemed law firm is seeking a highly motivated and organised Training Coordinator to join its Learning and Development team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to a team of 6+ colleagues in scheduling and coordinating training programmes.
2. Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning events and campaigns.
3. Monitor attendance, track engagement, and handle participant communications.
4. Manage both online and in-person events, collaborating with external vendors and speakers.
5. Coordinate the logistics of L&D events: calendar management, materials preparation, feedback consolidation, and room management.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role, ideally within L&D or HR.
2. Essential: Proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks efficiently.
3. Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
