Commercial Property Solicitor Leading Irish Law Firm Profile In support of their continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a banking and property law Solicitor. This is a full time role and salary will be based on experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate the requisite technical knowledge in Commercial Banking/ Property Law Deliver clear and precise advice to clients to meet their expectations as a Solicitor. Manage clients on the fees- provide clients with information regarding retainers, estimates, timely billing and fee collection Undertaking relevant legal research as required Manage client relationship during the course of business Where appropriate, instruct and supervise support staff in relation to their roles in the transaction process. Update partner / fee earner in charge of file with regard to progress of case Keep appraised of changes in Banking and Property procedures and developments in law. Undertaking any other associated duties as may be assigned from time to time. Education & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor PQE 3-6 Years Practising Certificate. Compliance with Continuing Professional Development ("C.P.D.") requirements. Experience & Skills: Minimum of three years PQE in a mid tier or large Irish law firm Experience in banking and finance law is required. Experience in real estate and construction law would be desirable Excellent analytical & drafting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
