Location
This role will be based out of our Dublin office, working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in the office and attendance at key events).

Position Overview
As a Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive at Senovis, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients, specifically Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) within our ideal client profile (ICP).
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct targeted research to identify new CHRO prospects within our ICP.
* Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot to track job changes and new opportunities.
* Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
* Monitor and analyze prospect engagement, adjusting strategies to improve conversion rates.
* Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between CHROs and Senovis team.
* E nsure meetings are well-prepared by providing relevant research, insights, and supporting materials.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions with CHROs and their assistants in the CRM.
* Support the execution of outbound sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Senovis' value proposition.
Professional Experience, Skills and Knowledge
* Qualifications: Ideally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience: 2-5 years in sales support, business development, lead generation, or sales operations, ideally within B2B sales, HR technology, professional services, or consulting.
* Skills:
o Effective communication skills including telephone skills, demonstrating clarity, active listening, and professionalism.
o Problem-solving, proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions.
o Highly organized, capable of managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
o Skilled at building relationships both internally and externally.
