Operations Manager (Pre-Opening) at Moxy Dublin Docklands We are currently recruiting a passionate & customer focused Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in leading the crew at this brand new 183-bedroom Moxy by Marriott. As we prepare for the grand opening of this vibrant new hotel, we are seeking the right candidate tolead and support a dedicated crew in ensuring that every guest has a fun & memorable experience during their stay. The Operations Manager will play a key role in assisting the General Manager in ensuring the successful execution of all pre-opening tasks. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the HR Manager in the recruitment, selection, onboarding of pre-opening crew. Take ownership for all Operations related critical path tasks. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and smooth running of all departments. Ensure that all Marriott Bonvoy members are recognized on arrival & that they receive entitlements according to their tier. Ensure that Moxy brand standards are adhered to at all times. Ensure that mandatory brand training is completed by all crew members within the required timeframe. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards in all areas of the hotel. Handle any guest issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Analyse guest feedback and make necessary improvements. Ensure compliance with all Fire Life Safety, Legislative & Food Safety requirements. Lead, motivate, and supervise hotel crew, ensuring a positive work environment and high staff morale. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring hotel financial performance. Oversee property maintenance and ensure the hotel is in excellent condition for guests. Work closely with the General Manager & senior team to set long-term goals and objectives for the hotel. Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in delivering high-quality guest service and managing operational efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
