Senior Payroll Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and senior-level PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join our HR team on a permanent basis in Shannon.

The Job:
You will act as a key part of the HR team, reporting to the HR Manager, and work across the full spectrum of payroll/comps & bens duties, including managing employee and payroll data, updating complex T&A reports, engaging with employees on their comps/bens queries, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees on company pension and benefits packages.
In addition to these core duties, you will also participate in employee engagement projects, provide data and metrics to relevant stakeholders, and help implement ongoing HR change and process improvements across the payroll function and wider business.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
* 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
* IPASS or a relevant accounts/HR qualification would be an advantage.
* 3+ years' relevant experience in a payroll or comps/bens focused role.
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
* Strong IT and reporting skills including T&A systems and MS Office.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with a base salary depending on skills/experience but expected to range up to 60k approx. In addition, there is a strong benefits package including pension, private health cover, and significant scope for further career growth and development.
This role will be 5 days office-based in Shannon.
