HR Business Partner North Dublin (Hybrid Working)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a key project within a leading PLC Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary HR advisor for a high-profile project, addressing resourcing, performance, and wellbeing needs.
* Define roles and responsibilities, ensuring HR activities align with project goals.
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and talent development.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
* Analyse HR-related KPIs, promoting transparency and engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in an HR Advisor or Business Partner role.
* Strong expertise in Talent Development, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Change Management.
* A degree in HR or equivalent qualification is essential; CIPD membership is desirable.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ROI/NI employment law.
