Responsibilities
:
1. Consistently examine and update risk registers, variation tracker sheets, and extension of time tracker sheets, and include them in monthly reports.
2. Prepare and review project cost reports.
3. Attend monthly management meetings.
4. Liaise with sub-contractors.
5. Evaluate subcontractor records and template revisions, such as appointment records and payment certifications.
6. Examine accounts and requisitions from suppliers.
7. Measure, price, negotiate, and agree upon budgets and expenses for changes to the project scope.
8. Verify the accuracy of project expenses and address any concerns as necessary.
9. Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors in terms of their commercial and contractual aspects.
10. Keep the management team aware of project performance and execute cost and value reconciliation to date/forecast.
11. Assist in the mentoring and advancement of junior surveyors.
12. Look for opportunities to increase income, save costs, and pinpoint and examine losses.
Benefits:
13. €75,000 - €90,000 DOE
14. 1 day per week off-site
15. Working hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Key Requirements:
18. Degree qualified and at least 4 years of experience in quantity surveying in the UK or Ireland (ideally Residential, Retail/Commercial, Public works)
19. IT Skills – MS Office packages and database experience
20. Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others
21. Must be eligible to work in Ireland
22. Full driving license required
