We currently work with a broad range of iconic firms in social media and technology, pharmaceutical and food, placing Contingent workers in iconic multinationals, permanent talent in a range of super clients and run executive search and senior leadership appointments.
We use BULLHORN and LinkedIn licenses as well as other tech to bring amazing candidates to our clients. We recently opened our UK company and are trading there for over 6 months and wish to put a focus on growing our client base and operations there from Ireland. We want to bring in a recruitment agency leader who can build and lead a team of consultants to expand on our operations, work to leverage existing clients of ours who have needs in the UK and drive our expansion in the UK market.
What will my day to day look like?
Reporting to the MD,
1. Business Development - you will work to find new opportunities in our existing client base and new clients in the UK market.
2. Account Management – be the main point of contact for larger clients in the UK market.
3. Developing a pipeline of highly skilled candidates on BULLHORN.
4. Hire, lead and motivate a team of RECRUITERS as the book of business grows.
5. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure we are all working as a collective to achieve companywide goals.
6. Travel to the UK as required for meetings and conferences/networking.
Sounds good, what do I need?
1. Degree qualified with 6+ years’ experience in Agency with at least 2 years as a billing manager placing candidates in Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain etc – white collar.
2. Strong aptitude for Business Development with a structured approach to business development, market mapping, qualifying leads, understanding drivers and buyer behaviour etc.
3. Proven ability to create and foster relationships with clients and retain them, understand their needs.
4. Ability to work as a billing manager.
5. Consultative mindset and ability to understand complex business requirements.
6. Excellent people leader and motivator with several years of experience and learnings on what it takes to manage a team.
7. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
8. Able to work in line with our values of Trust, Drive, Creativity and Fun.
9. Ambition to drive the business unit and enjoy the successes that come, with support from the leadership team here in RECRUITERS.
10. Data Driven mindset and data driven decision making leaning.
The base salary for this role is between €65,000 - €70,000 depending on experience. However, commission is uncapped and there is an additional bonus/commission scheme in place when you reach or exceed your yearly targets on personal and team.
