Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: The average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position. During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Being a Senior Bridge Engineer at Amaris Consulting means being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing technical expertise to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure solutions while fostering innovation and collaboration.
ABOUT THE JOB
* Gather and analyze project requirements from clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical teams.
* Track and document changes in project requirements, maintaining clear communication and ensuring updates are easily accessible.
* Facilitate meetings between clients and the development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives.
* Review deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and quality standards.
* Conduct verification and provide actionable feedback to the development team to ensure project alignment.
* Support the development team by providing real-time clarifications on requirements and addressing challenges.
* Bridge cultural differences and educate teams about client business practices to ensure smooth collaboration.
* Promote a strong team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
ABOUT YOU
* Education: B.S., M.S., or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Language Proficiency: Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or JLPT N1 is mandatory.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer.
* Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JSP/Angular, and PostgreSQL.
* Strong understanding of Software Development Processes and Object-Oriented Programming.
* Demonstrated logical thinking and analytical skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
* High level of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit.
* Proficiency in English is an advantage.
* Knowledge and experience in the Energy domain is a plus.
