About the Role
The Account Executive, Global role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating strategic sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilities.
* Defining and executing a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team.
* Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently.
* Managing pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* At least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
* Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota.
* Success in top 10% of sales org.
* Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in the Nordic market.
* Fluency in English required.
Nice to Have:
* Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
