Location:
Senovis have offices in Dublin, London and the US. This role will be based out of our Dublin office working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in the office and attendance at key events).

Position Overview:
This position provides an unrivalled career opportunity for an ambitious, talented and driven professional to not only progress their career but also to work with specialist talented colleagues in an entrepreneurial environment. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping and positioning the Senovis brand within our client profile and target markets. You will be responsible for analysing brand positioning, owning and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring our brand resonates strongly with current and potential clients. Your goal is to raise brand recognition globally, ultimately driving growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Positioning:
o Analyse brand positioning and client insights.
o Shape and clearly communicate our vision and mission.
o Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
o Stay up to date with developments within our markets and overall landscape.
o Work closely with the business to plan the Senovis roll-out within the US market.
2. Marketing & Brand Strategy:
o Responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing strategy aligned to the business plan.
o Devise innovative strategies to establish a strong brand presence.
o Manage marketing budget, development of marketing collateral and building out the marketing infrastructure and team.
o Work closely with the commercial team to support the overall Commercial strategy.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
o Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
o Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” and generate MQLs.
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
4. Event Management and Communication:
o Effectively manage all event logistics from venue selection to vendor management.
o Manage all communications related to events.
5. Website, Digital and Social Media:
o Manage all website updates and enhancements.
o Effectively communicate with clients and potential clients through innovative use of our digital and social media channels.
6. CRM System Ownership:
o Manage the CRM system (Hubspot) including all marketing and client engagements.
o Monitor platform feedback and client reactions to inform future enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Ideally Bachelor's degree / Masters in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Professional Experience and Knowledge:
* Ideally 8 – 10 years’ experience in an established marketing department.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering and exceeding KPIs.
* Ideally experience within the HR, HR / Payroll Technology, Recruitment or Consulting sectors within a global brand context.
* Ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders specifically at executive and C-suite level.
* Competent in the use of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results.
* Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Digital marketing experience.
* Experience of working with media or PR agencies desirable.
