Key Responsibilities: Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-awardAssist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecastsCompile monthly reports per company standardsConduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claimsAddress contract costs, sales, and contribution concernsAttend commercial and subcontractor meetingsDraft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/DirectorManage client invoicing and payments to subcontractorsLiaise with the Financial Department on reportingResolve disputes with clients and subcontractorsMonitor site procurement and reportingQualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field3 years' + experience in construction Quantity SurveyingWorking toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems or Electrical SystemsData Centre experience is an advantage, but not essentialBenefits: Salary €90k – 100k DOEGenerous living away allowance (in addition to salary)Accommodation and utility bills paid forRegular return flightsIn country travel providedPension ContributionExcellent career progression opportunitiesIncome protection and death in service benefitCompany-supported CPD contributions
