Customer Service Agent Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at our office in Acres Fermoy.
About the Role
This is an all-encompassing role which is customer-centered, involving:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Responding to customer needs and providing personalized service
* Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers
* Processing orders, payments, and applications
* De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing online web orders, providing customer service at the front desk, managing filing, mailing, and other office admin duties, as well as seizing opportunities to upsell products and services.
