FSQ & HSE Clerical Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FSQ & HSE Clerical Administrator to join our Taste & Ingredients site in Listowel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of information in relevant files.
* Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics as required.
* Communication with external parties & customers as required.
* Completion of product specification reviews as required.
* Maintenance of updated information on relevant site & databases.
* Analysis of data & generate investigative reports as required.
* Procedure & SOP updating on relevant systems.
* Product sample organization as required.
* Management of Intelex and other QA and HSE systems as required.
* Internal Audit participation.

Requirements:
* A third level qualification in a Science related discipline is desirable, but not essential.
* Comfortable with analysis of data using Microsoft Excel.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
* The successful candidate must be organised, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office tools,
* SAP & Intelex documentation System experience desirable, but not essential.
