Duration: 11-month contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Role)
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team with a leading pharmaceutical client. This is an 11-month contract role based in Dublin, offering the chance to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies in line with business needs
* Manage recruitment activities for key positions, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
* Provide market insights to hiring managers and leaders on talent landscape and trends
* Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, candidate selection, and offer preparation
* Maintain and grow a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
* Coordinate recruitment events and talent assessments
* Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the recruitment process
What We Expect from You:
* A university degree in HR, Business, or Science
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with experience in high-volume settings
* Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical or biotechnology organisation is a plus
* Knowledge of recruitment tools and processes, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
