We are seeking to recruit a Facilities Team Lead to manage our general facilities team based on our pharmaceutical client site in Limerick.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they provide the best possible customer service.
* Responsible for a team of facilities technicians and the delivery of their KPI’s.
* Responsible for the facilities project team and the delivery of their KPI’s.
* Responsible for health and safety procedures, and compliance within the group.
* Overall responsibility for work planning within the group.
* Conducts team briefings with your direct reports, updating on best practices and continuing expectations.
* Monitors the performance of your direct reports conducting performance reviews and providing training and coaching where necessary.
* To be responsible for the recruitment process of any direct reports.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced in delivering facilities services, ideally in a regulated environment.
* Experience in leading and managing a high performing team.
* Strong planning background within a facilities/maintenance environment.
* Experience of implementing new initiatives and change management processes.
* Excellent relationship management abilities at all levels.
* IT Literate (knowledge of Microsoft products).
