We are seeking a temporary receptionist to work in our city centre office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in the medical sector.
This is a short-term opportunity that requires immediate start. Previous reception experience is essential.
Location: Cork City
Hourly Rate: €12.00
Key Responsibilities:
* Initial point of contact for visitors
* Main point of communication with external parties - phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Effective management of a busy email inbox
* Coordinating a busy switchboard
* Scheduling appointments
* Maintaining adherence to visitor protocol
Requirements:
* Attention to detail
* Excellent telephone etiquette
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Able to multitask
* Prior experience as a receptionist is mandatory
