About Your New Role
Review maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to identify potential issues. Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules in collaboration with the Service Desk Manager, Service Managers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Order supplies on time as per contract requirements.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and schedule optimization.
* Update jobs in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
* Provide timely responses to customer queries and status updates.
Requirements
Experience:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
* Proven experience in scheduling (delivery and status of reactive and planned tasks using procedures and methods).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Highly motivated individual.
* Strong analytical capabilities.
