About the Role
We are seeking talented Electrical Engineers (Intermediate to Senior Levels) to join our growing team for diverse projects nationwide, with a primary focus on the midlands.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation, evaluation, and optimization of design concepts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
* Development of electrical building services designs/specifications from customer briefs.
* Conduct feasibility studies on new designs.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
* Project timeline management and delivery within budget.
* Design and review meetings leadership/participation.
* Design generation according to current codes, guidelines, and best practices.
* Cost estimates and tender documents development.
* Design team member direction in undertaking roles and responsibilities.
* SITE INSPECTIONS AND REPORT PREPARATION.
* Production information generation and product design documentation management.
* Client-related issue resolution through problem-solving and troubleshooting.
* Industry trend monitoring and application of innovative solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3+ years post-graduate experience in Electrical Engineering Design.
* Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of electrical building services design, building regulations, and relevant standards.
* Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and electrical design software such as Amtech, Dialux, or Relux.
* Experience in designing electrical systems for sectors like Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Industrial.
* Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
