Engineering Project Specialist
Team Horizon seeks a highly skilled Engineering Project Specialist for a leading pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate projects associated with facility, utility, and equipment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Site Capital projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with EHS and cGMP requirements.
* Lead projects involving building infrastructure, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, purified water systems, compressed air systems, chilled and cooling water systems.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Complete established goals, prioritize project work, control, and coordinate key activities and improvement efforts across Utilities Services.
* Drive and lead projects to meet Safety, Environmental, GMP, Production, and Financial Objectives.
* Evaluate Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Equipment and Instrument Specifications, Instrument Lists (IL), Layout & Routing Diagrams, Installation Plans & requirements.
* Ensure effective cross-functional relationships with Operations Stakeholders and above-site stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in an Engineering or equivalent discipline/experience.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals/Medical devices, or similar industry.
* Project management experience with a proven record.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills required to operate in a multi-function project team set up.
