Sales Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, engaging with customers after contracting, and ensuring accounts are supported and serviced.
Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
* Engage with customer after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfaction
* Ensure accounts are supported and serviced
* Drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
* Conduct issue, opportunity, forecasting and business reviews
* Maintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow-up expectations
* Review sales pipeline and performance
* Produce performance and forecast reports
* Engage in discovery, scoping, and pricing
* Gain an understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
Requirements:
* Fluently read, write, speak and comprehend the German and English language
* At least one year of experience in a sales role that involves creating relationships with businesses and helping them achieve their goals
* Experience with Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform
* Understanding of Digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS
* Prior experience meeting sales targets
* Desire to make businesses more successful
