Logistics Analyst Location:
This role will be performed in a hybrid capacity at our Cork, Ireland location.
BlueVoyant is seeking an IT Support & Logistics Analyst to help us scale, organize and support our functions.

Have experience in all levels of a project/product life cycle What you will do: Take on day-to-day support requests as they appear in the queue, delivering high quality solutions for our end-users Assist other members of Corporate IT with tasks as needed Coordinate with IT Director on asset management and inventory tracking Oversee shipping and returns of hardware and peripherals for end users Proactively organize and maintain warehousing of IT inventory Setup and ship computers to end users, while maintaining accurate hardware inventory Qualifications: Strong desire to learn new and emerging technologies Experience supporting users with macOS, Windows, Okta, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Teams is desirable but not required Organized and methodical with the ability to follow through on completing tasks assigned as part of independent workflows Previous experience with JIRA Service Desk is a plus Experience with basic MDM troubleshooting is a plus Experience in the tracking project tasks and creating documentation is desirable Previous participation in agile sprints a plus Experience working under industry standard security / compliance frameworks is a plus Experience in the organization and tracking of IT assets About BlueVoyant At BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
