Logistics and Sales Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our team in Ireland as Logistics and Sales Administrator.
In the role of Logistics and Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Order books for outstanding spares and finished goods.
* Stocktakes and Stock Reconciliation.
* Coordinating customer deliveries.
* Stock maintenance, including item creation, outstanding orders and system errors.
* Supporting credit control regarding POD’s/Customer queries, investigation and resolution of customer queries.
* Assisting with order input when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Microsoft Office Suite experience.
* A flexible attitude combined with good organisational and time management skills.
* Professional, calm and focused in pressure situations.
