The Technical Architect will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet business needs while adhering to industry best practices and standards. This role involves providing technical solution design, collaborating with a team of developers, and offering guidance on best practices for ServiceNow technical implementation, configuration, and integration.Key Responsibilities:Solution the end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet business requirements.Help align configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Architect scalable, sustainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions, anticipating both current and future needs.Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Act as a bridge between business units and the technical team to ensure the solution addresses business objectives.Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards for all ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry best practices.Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement in processes, technologies, and solutions.Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow architecture and design principles.Provide thought leadership and strategic technical recommendations on the evolution of the ServiceNow platform within the organization.Conduct thorough deep dive technical reviews to ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and integration protocols.Manage technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability of ServiceNow solutions.Skills and Qualifications:ServiceNow Expertise: Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, BCM, and custom applications.Platform Configuration & Development: Expertise in hands on ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and development using ServiceNow Studio.Integration Expertise: Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems integrations.Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ADO, etc.) and how they integrate with ServiceNow solutions.Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow’s security model, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions.Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 5 years focused on architecture and design.Project Delivery: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects from design to full implementation.Certifications:ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - preferredServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – required.ITIL v3/v4 certification – preferred.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.Life at GTReward and benefits:Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can flourish.
