We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team in Ballytivnan, Sligo, to lead and deliver programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the site complies with all EHS requirements.
* Provide leadership and management to employees reporting directly to EHS Manager
* Establish and implement an effective environmental, health and safety program to meet legislative and corporate requirements
* Provide guidance, advice, and support to management on EHS policies and strategy
* Identify future EHS requirements and maintain knowledge of recognized EHS Management Standards
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Safety & Health, with experience in managing EHS teams and implementing programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A degree in a related discipline and 5+ years of project management experience are also required.

Requirements
* BSc in Occupational Safety & Health Level 8, or equivalent
* 3-5 years in an EHS role with detailed knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements relating to the healthcare industry
* 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience
* Minimum of 2 years people management experience
* MSc in Environmental Health and Safety Management (Level 9) is desirable
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
