Qualifications and Experience:

* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene standards.
* Have a passion for cooking and work well as part of a team.

Food Preparation:
* Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of meals for our members & guests.
* Ensure ingredients are measured and prepped before cooking.
Maintaining Kitchen Standards:
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
* Keep all workstations clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stored correctly.
Continuous Learning:
* Work closely with the Head Chef to learn kitchen routines and recipes.
* Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
Team Collaboration:
* Work efficiently within the team to ensure timely delivery of meals.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Stock Control:
* Assist in managing and storing delivered products.
* Notify superiors when ingredient stock is low or of subpar quality.
