Cluster Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role is vital for driving strategic financial planning and analysis, managing the finance team, and collaborating with senior management to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and performance improvement. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate audits. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze financial performance and report on variances to budget and forecasts. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the finance department. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on financial controlling. Hotel experience desired from hotel operations in Ireland Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
