We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 6-month contract to join our HR Team
Our ideal candidate:
* Is authentic and collaborative by nature
* Values innovation and efficiency. You will be curious by nature, with experience of balancing multiple priorities at once.
* Plays an active role with the communication and engagement of our Learning initiatives with our store and support office colleagues
* Work and liaise with external training vendors in supporting our learning events and training programmes.
* Event Management and/or Project Management experience would be a plus.
Main role responsibilities include:
* Working collaboratively with our Learning and Development team and stakeholders to support the Review, Design and Implement of the continuous Learning & Development strategy for colleagues at all stages of their career with Woodie’s.
* Achieving consensus for the Training agenda through collaboration with the wider business.
* Planning and delivering Events, Processes and Initiatives that support and facilitate an environment of Learning, Recognition & Appreciation
* Ensuring we remain compliant with our Mandatory & Legislative Training requirements at all times.
* Creating, generating and overseeing the training and learning data including the management of the LMS and regular reporting.
