Job Responsibilities
1. Sterilising dental equipment for use in procedures
2. Taking notes on a patient's chart during procedures
3. Registering and checking in patients at reception
4. Ensuring patients complete the correct paperwork
5. Preparing materials and equipment for dental procedures
6. Preparing surgical instruments for procedures
7. Recording patient information during procedures
8. Maintaining a sterile procedural environment
9. Comforting patients who are nervous
10. Providing assistance to dentists during surgery
11. Maintaining infection control procedures
12. Taking x-rays of patients
13. Assisting other members of the dental care team
14. Ordering equipment and medications
15. Maintaining a friendly composure with patients
16. Assisting dentists with any other tasks as necessary
17. Completing reception and administration duties as necessary
18. Communicating with patients, dentists, other nurses and suppliers
19. Booking patient appointments
20. Collecting payments from patients
21. Undertaking continuous professional development
22. Promoting dental hygiene.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €22,771.13-€38,856.38 per year
