Operations Analyst - Financial Services Client Services Trading
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the dynamic Equity Transaction Services space. The team provides support to various Equity Trading Desks who trade across global markets for EMEA-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor client confirmations and book trades efficiently
* Manage queries and develop strong working relationships with internal teams, including the front office, sales teams, middle and back office teams
* Establish and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with target control standards
* Provide support for the London Sales Desk and manage client communications
* Escalate problems to product specialists and technical support teams as needed
Requirements:
* A highly motivated and self-starting individual with a drive to learn quickly and progress in the role
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards despite tight deadlines, high volumes, and demanding trading desks and clients
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal departments and external clients/counterparties
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve queries
* A solid understanding of operational risk and excellent client focus to build strong relations and provide top-tier client service
* Flexibility, prioritization, and deadline management skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and market deadlines
