People Partner - Projects & TransformationOur client, a highly respected B2C brand has partnered exclusively with Re:work on a fully managed recruitment campaign to hire a People Partner.Role Summary:This role blends the delivery of key people initiatives with hands-on HR business partnering. You’ll support leaders through complex people challenges, help embed change, and drive performance across the business.About the Company & HR DeptHighly reputable organisation with a local ROI headcount of 500+ employees. You’ll work directly with the Chief People Officer and collaborate closely with a small HR team (c7-8 members).What You’ll Be DoingProjects & TransformationDriving large-scale people change initiatives such as workforce transitions, insourcing/outsourcing, and organisational restructuring.Conducting people impact assessments and overseeing risk mitigation and communication strategies.Leading consultation processes and ensuring timely delivery of all people-related project outcomes.Managing complex ER/IR matters, including union engagement and mediation where necessary.Business PartneringServing as the primary HR contact for designated business areas.Leading end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, systems, data, and policy implementation.Delivering people insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions.Coaching and supporting managers to drive stronger people outcomes.Contributing to the rollout and success of broader People & Culture initiatives.What We’re Looking For7+ years of HR experience, with direct involvement in delivering people-focused projects.Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives such as TUPE, restructures, or workforce transitions.Deep understanding of Irish employment law and strong practical experience in ER matters.Highly data-literate, with the ability to analyse trends and build reports using Excel.Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.Strong communicator with the credibility to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Resilient and adaptable — open to feedback, accountable for outcomes, and confident making decisions.What’s On Offer€75,000 to 80,000 base salary.Up to 15% performance-related bonus.Competitive pension scheme and leave allowance.Access to corporate gym membership.How They WorkHybrid with 2 days onsite per week in Dublin 2.Please ensure your CV is updated before applying.
