We are seeking an innovative and experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Drumcoura City. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences that showcase our unique 'smoke house' theme.
Main Responsibilities:
* Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while supervising kitchen staff and managing schedules.
* Food Safety: Adhere to HACCP regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
* Menu Development: Create and refine a menu that showcases creativity and expertise, setting us apart in the culinary landscape.
* Staff Training and Development: Provide training and support to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
* Working Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 40 hours per week.
* Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum, excluding public holidays.
