We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, deliver, and implement transformative AI and data-driven solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise in AI architecture, data engineering, and Generative AI technologies with a strategic focus on solving complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our clients' AI strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
By joining the Technology Consulting team, you will be helping our clients solve a wide range of challenges - from the requirement to respond to the ever-changing demands of the market, to overseeing large and complex technical transformation projects/programmes that truly transform our clients' ways of working.
Your key responsibilities Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive AI architectures and data strategies that address their business needs.
Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI models, predictive analytics, and machine learning systems.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data projects, from discovery and design to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
Design and implement data pipelines and data engineering frameworks to enable seamless integration of AI models with enterprise systems.
Drive adoption of Generative AI and advanced analytics, aligning initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant AI and data solutions.
Stay ahead of AI and data technology trends, identifying emerging tools and methodologies to enhance our offerings.
Mentor team members on AI, data architecture, and best practices to build organisational expertise.
Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in AI architecture, data engineering, and solution delivery roles.
Proven expertise in data modelling, data integration, and cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data-driven decision-making approaches.
Experience with ETL processes, data pipeline design, and data governance best practices.
Project management skills to deliver complex AI and data projects on time and within scope.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, enabling alignment across business and IT teams.
Ideally, you will also have: A master's degree in artificial intelligence, data science, or a related discipline.
Consulting experience, with a track record of delivering scalable AI and data architectures for enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act), and how they intersect with AI solutions.
A balance of technical depth and business acumen, with the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business needs.
