An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our clients Plaintiff Litigation team, in their Limerick city office.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation.
2. Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates.
3. File management including electronic file opening, inputting management information, filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving.
4. Preparing briefs.
5. Diary management.
Experience/Skills & Abilities:
1. Previous experience in a busy legal environment.
2. Strong administration and organisational skills.
3. Attention to detail is essential.
4. Accurate Dictaphone typing skills (Min 50wpm)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
