While the role is a managers role, it will require a hands-on approach to the management of technical issues found in the workshop during vehicle repairs Pay and Benefits €90,000-€100,000 per year depending on experience Pension Scheme Staff Purchase Schemes: Tyres, Tools Employee Assistance Programme Discounted Gym Membership Bike to Work Key Responsibilities Manage Workshop Staff: Oversee and coordinate workshop staff activities.

Enhance Company Reputation: Maintain high professional standards in customer interactions.
Optimize Revenue: Monitor job cards and administration to maximize revenue.
Address Technical Issues: Resolve technical problems promptly, escalating when necessary.
Efficient Production Flow: Ensure smooth workflow through the workshop.
Resource Management: Ensure availability and maintenance of parts, consumables, and equipment.
Communication and Scheduling: Communicate schedules and priorities to staff daily/weekly.
Compliance and Standards: Adhere to technical, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor workshop performance, report on it, and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements Experience and Expertise: 5+ years of supervisory experience in the automotive industry (or similar, related field), with qualifications or time-served experience as a mechanic.
Full clean driving license is also required.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example and provide hands-on support to the team.
Technical Problem-Solving: Practical approach to solving technical issues with strong attention to detail.
