Pay Rate: Up to €270 per day

As a team member, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering an adaptive and collaborative ecosystem that optimizes every aspect of the lifecycle. This is the routing Systems Engineer role and requires strong Genesys experience.
Skills & Requirements
1. 6-9 years voice/digital experience
2. Strong Genesys experience
3. Experience with data communication protocols such as Web, telephony, and other protocols: HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDP
4. Knowledge of Docker and container-based development and deployment practices
5. Proficiency managing, configuring, and tuning Linux operating systems
6. Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and data applications/networking
7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and utilizing uDeploy and/or Ansible
