Balloo Hire Centres, a leading provider of tool, plant and welfare equipment in Northern Ireland, is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join its finance team based in Bangor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and resolve queries in a timely manner
* Ensure accurate posting of invoices to the system and keep track of orders against pro-forma invoices
* Liaise with suppliers for credit notes and process cross-hire invoices
* Manage cash flow by completing supplier payment runs and collate internal credit card receipts
* Update plant-book spreadsheet and assist with administration of vehicle fleet
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Administrator role
* Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Demonstrable experience using accounts software and ability to work as a team player
