Overview
The role involves assisting the payroll specialist three days a week, Monday to Wednesday. Covering the payroll specialist’s annual leave over the five days is required, a minimum of four times a year.
Qualifications
Payroll experience and/or working towards an IPASS qualification. Alternatively, good attention to detail and a desire to work in a supportive, progressive team within the HR Payroll function.
Responsibilities
1. Administration of Advance Systems Time & Attendance.
2. Processing of hourly and salary (weekly) payroll using Sage Micropay.
3. Dealing with compensation and benefits.
4. Completion of (CSO) reports.
5. Knowledge of Sage Micropay is a distinct advantage.
6. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
7. Knowledge and experience of Revenue-online-Services (R.O.S.).
8. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
9. Knowledge of T&A Systems and payroll systems.
10. Experience in or qualification in payroll is a distinct advantage.
