Job Title: Contracts Manager
Overall Purpose of Job:
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee multiple Community Facilities in Dublin.
This role ensures smooth operations, strong client relationships, financial oversight, and team leadership while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Client Management:
o Act as the main point of contact for client relations and community stakeholders.
o Work closely with local authorities to support key initiatives.
o Oversee service quality, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
o Develop and implement business and marketing plans.
o Support funding applications and community-led projects.
o Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
o Oversee maintenance programs and facility operations.
2. Financial & Budget Management:
o Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accuracy.
o Handle invoices, purchase orders, and financial reporting per contract requirements.
o Present financial updates and operational reviews to clients regularly.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
o Support and develop Area Managers and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
o Recruit, train, and retain a strong workforce while managing performance.
o Ensure staff training and compliance with company policies.
o Manage scheduling, attendance, and resource allocation effectively.
4. Compliance & Health & Safety:
o Ensure all staff follow health and safety policies.
o Conduct regular audits to maintain operational and quality standards.
o Manage accident reporting and compliance with EH&S regulations.
5. Flexibility & Additional Responsibilities:
o Respond to emergencies outside normal working hours when needed.
o Travel to other locations in Ireland as required.
o Support other projects to enhance business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years in contract/account management, ideally in facilities management.
Strong people management experience with large teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems and data-driven decision-making.
Degree or equivalent in business, facilities, or a related field.
Understanding community-focused operations and not-for-profit organisations is a plus.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
